Sandra A. Pace is a partner at Quantum Insurance Services, LLC, where she oversees business production, accounting functions, and multiple profit centers while leading the firm’s Surety Bond Department. A seasoned surety underwriter and operations leader, she manages client and carrier relationships and drives growth strategies that support Quantum’s long-term profitability and service standards.
Before becoming a partner, Sandra served as director of operations at Quantum Insurance Services, where she built out the agency’s infrastructure, created standard operating procedures, and headed human resources, ensuring consistent workflows and a strong internal culture. Previously, she spent over two decades in progressively senior roles at World Insurance Associates, LLC, and True & Associates, managing surety books of business ranging from $6M to $15M, supervising and training staff, and overseeing surety operations for multiple territories and satellite offices.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University and is Property & Casualty licensed. She is proficient in Applied EPIC and the Microsoft Office suite and is known for her ability to blend technical surety expertise with disciplined financial oversight and a highly collaborative approach to client service.
