Lorraine Adcock, ARM, CRIS

Lorraine leads the Commercial Lines Department in Quantum Insurance’s Whippany office. In this role, she guides and supports other team members, helping to develop their insurance knowledge while establishing procedures that best support the management of the firm’s book of business.

Lorraine joined Quantum Insurance two years ago, bringing more than three decades of dedicated service to a diverse client base that includes real estate companies, contractors, large manufacturers, healthcare providers, and businesses across various other industries. Her experience includes assessing client needs and designing program solutions for complex risk situations; managing corporate risk management programs to meet expected deadlines; supervising the placement of insurance risks on an account-by-account basis; negotiating pricing and terms for sophisticated exposures; applying modeling results to evaluate program impact; analyzing client exposures and loss experience; and maintaining program accuracy through detailed review of quotes, binders, and policies.

Lorraine is recognized for establishing strong working relationships with carriers and underwriters, as well as for her in-depth knowledge of the insurance and risk marketplace, including financial strength and risk appetite. She also contributes insight into new product development and service pricing, negotiates contracts and leases, handles special account situations creatively, and consults with clients on loss control measures to reduce asset exposures efficiently.
